The final product is analysed and certified by the Organisation for Certification of organic products DIO ensuring maximum food safety.   Through this natural farming method, this olive oil has a richer aroma and flavour than oil produced from conventional farming.

Barnea is an Israeli variety of olive. Barnea has a soft buttery front palate followed (about 15 seconds later) with a peppery hit which is more pronounced shortly after pressing than the hit it provides after some months in the bottle.
